Our experience with Clarity Home Loans with Jared was excellent. We were first home buyers and had no idea what was going on and what we had to do. He took us through the whole process of buying a house. He ran the numbers for us - how much of a deposit we would need, and everything else we would need to pay for. The process of finding the best mortgage was super transparent - he showed us the rates we would get at the different banks and helped us pick the best rate for us. He was really quick in response rates for questions we had, and had great recommendations for a solicitor. Everything went off without a hitch and it was such a relief to know that everything was taken care of. If we were to ever sell this house or buy another, we would go through Jared and Clarity Home loans again.

Like many others I had a great experience with Clarity and Mortgage Broker Matthew Rastar. As a first home buyer, it was great to be walked through the process at the first meeting including what would happen and who does what when. I didn't feel pushed towards one lender over another and this was what I was looking for when I engaged Clarity.Matthew was very responsive, including when I needed a quick answer on the weekend to be able to put in an offer on a property I ultimately purchased. He was very proactive with following up with the property valuation process, real estate agent and lender once the offer was accepted, and kept me in the loop on progress so I never needed to chase him for information.
