With experience across loan processing, document review, application preparation, and lender communication, Kalpana brings a client-focused and detail-oriented approach to her role. She helps keep applications organised and progressing smoothly by supporting pre-submission tasks, coordinating key updates, reviewing documents, and ensuring information is prepared accurately.
Kalpana is experienced across key mortgage processing systems, including Apply Online, FLEX, CRM systems, and other lender platforms. She has supported a wide range of loan scenarios, giving her a strong understanding of different client needs and lending requirements.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and brings strong skills in communication, problem-solving, time management, and compliance support. Her experience in post-settlement reviews, pipeline management, and training support has also helped her develop a practical and well-rounded approach to loan administration.
