Before joining Clarity, Hazel held roles at various mortgage firms where she developed strong skills in data entry, loan submissions, servicing calculations, pricing reviews, valuation orders, and direct client and solicitor communication. Her familiarity with platforms such as Apply Online, Flex, Trello, and multiple lender portals has made her an asset to the team from day one.

Hazel Diez holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology and brings a structured, detail-focused approach to her work. She is driven by her commitment to learning, improvement, and delivering a seamless experience for both brokers and clients.
