Pratikshya is experienced across key mortgage processing systems, including Apply Online, FLEX, and other lender platforms. Her background in application preparation and post-settlement reviews helps ensure client records are accurate, applications are well-managed, and brokers are supported with clear, reliable information throughout the loan process.
She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and has previous experience in customer service within a banking environment, giving her a strong foundation in financial services, client care, and professional communication.
