With experience in loan processing, client communication, lender liaison, and application support, Shrijana brings a calm, organised, and detail-focused approach to her role. She assists across key stages of the loan journey, helping ensure applications are prepared accurately, progressed efficiently, and communicated clearly.

Shrijana Gautam holds a Bachelor in Business Studies and has a strong background in finance, administration, project coordination, and stakeholder communication. Her previous experience includes supporting brokers from pre-submission through to settlement, preparing loan applications, reviewing key reports, and working closely with lenders and clients to help keep the process moving smoothly.

Alongside her loan support experience, Shrijana has held leadership roles in community and project-based organisations, where she contributed to strategic planning, budget management, team coordination, and reporting. Her achievements have also been recognised through youth leadership awards, reflecting her initiative, dedication, and commitment to making a positive impact.
