Like many others I had a great experience with Clarity and Mortgage Broker Matthew Rastar. As a first home buyer, it was great to be walked through the process at the first meeting including what would happen and who does what when. I didn't feel pushed towards one lender over another and this was what I was looking for when I engaged Clarity.Matthew was very responsive, including when I needed a quick answer on the weekend to be able to put in an offer on a property I ultimately purchased. He was very proactive with following up with the property valuation process, real estate agent and lender once the offer was accepted, and kept me in the loop on progress so I never needed to chase him for information. This was especially appreciated, as there are so many things to think about during a moving process already! I'd highly recommend engaging Matthew.

We have worked with Guy at Clarity Home Loans twice now. One to construct and one to remortgage. Guy is well across the varying policies lenders have in place to deal with consolidation, novated leases, and construction loans, and was able to connect us with lenders that offered the greatest chance of success.Each time, despite the odd speed bump, Guy has been able to navigate the complex world of lending and problem-solve the sometimes vexing requests from the lenders.I'd definitely recommend Guy to anyone that wants a committed, knowledgeable, and honest broker to help them get into their new home.

In 2019 we found a house that we liked and made an offer. The sellers agreed to accept the offer as long as we had our finance approved by the end of the week. We talked to Guy at Clarity who went out of his way to make it happen, he pre-empted issues the bank would have, contacted us out of hours when he thought of something, kept us up to date throughout the whole process and we got the finance approved at 11:00am on Friday. We were happy and the sellers happy as they didn't have to have another open house that weekend.A win win for both the buyer and seller that was made possible by both the experience and hard work that Guy bought to the process. I would highly recommend him.5 years later in 2024 we have now bought another house and used Guy again. This time it was more complicated due to the seller creating issues during settlement. Guy was also fantastic making what seemed extremely difficult easy. I am very glad we used him.

Sometimes five stars isn't enough and I feel strongly enough to write a review! Cesar at Clarity Home Loans found and set up the best loan possible for us two years ago, at a fantastic rate, with all the features we wanted. Two years on when our fixed rate was about to expire, he organised a .75 percent lower than our default rate, and .25 percent lower than the normal rate, with everything we need now!
