Prior to joining Clarity, Agnes worked with leading financial organisations where she refined her skills in loan administration, client liaison, and document management. She prides herself on her attention to detail, her proactive approach to problem-solving, and her commitment to keeping both clients and brokers informed at every stage of the loan process.

Agnes Ortega holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Marketing), and is highly skilled across a wide range of financial and administrative platforms.
