Felicity Maddison has been part of the Clarity team since 2015, bringing with her a wealth of experience across the home loan and finance industry. She started her career in financial planning administration in 2007, became a mortgage broker in 2009, and later found her niche in administration, compliance, and business management.
Now Clarity’s Client Experience Manager, Felicity is the driving force behind our customer journey—from branding and marketing, to website navigation and the home loan process itself. Her goal is simple: to make every client interaction as smooth, seamless, and stress-free as possible.
A Canberra local, Felicity is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and is constantly looking for ways to improve how we support and communicate with our clients. She’s known for her eye for detail, creative thinking, and deep understanding of what clients really need at every step.
Felicity Maddison holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
