Before joining Clarity, Lachlan Warren built a strong foundation in finance through his role as a Banking Consultant at ANZ, where he was recognised with multiple awards for leadership, customer service, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Lachlan holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and brings a unique mix of financial knowledge, real-world experience, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.

A proud Indigenous man, Lachlan is passionate about creating positive experiences for clients and supporting those around him. His broad experience across different industries has made him adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident under pressure. Lachlan’s background in banking, particularly in compliance and client education, means he is well-equipped to provide seamless support for our clients throughout the loan process.

Away from work, Lachlan Warren is a talented and passionate athlete. He plays representative Oztag and Rugby League and enjoys giving back to the community through coaching, refereeing, and volunteering at sporting events. Lachlan’s energy, leadership, and people-first mindset make him an invaluable part of our team.
