With a strong background in structuring finance solutions for business owners, investors, and large commercial clients, he has built a reputation for delivering strategic, outcome-focused advice.

Before joining Clarity, Asad held senior roles with major banks including Westpac and the Commercial Bank of Dubai, where he managed and grew high-value portfolios across sectors such as property development, healthcare, education, and professional services. His expertise spans commercial lending, investment and development finance, and complex transaction structuring.

At Clarity, Asad combines this extensive experience with a strong focus on helping clients achieve their residential property goals. Whether assisting first home buyers to get into the market, helping families upgrade their homes, or guiding investors as they build their property portfolios, Asad takes a clear, solutions-driven approach. He’s passionate about making the loan process simple and transparent, ensuring every client feels supported from start to finish.

Asad Jaffer holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Banking & Corporate Finance) from the University of London and a Bachelor’s in E-Commerce from the University of Wollongong. He also speaks fluent Hindi and Urdu, allowing him to assist a wide range of clients and communicate complex financial concepts with ease and understanding.
