Rob Garth has been an integral part of Clarity Home Loans since joining the business as a lending assistant in 2008. With a background in customer service and hospitality, Rob quickly developed a deep understanding of the loan process, pairing technical expertise with a genuine commitment to delivering seamless, stress-free experiences for clients. His early success in the industry was recognised when he was named a Young Broker of the Year by The Adviser Magazine in 2013.

Now Clarity’s Chief Operating Officer and a part-owner of the business, Rob plays a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of the firm. He oversees the systems, processes, and people that support Clarity’s high standards, while also continuing to mentor brokers and shape the next generation of industry talent.

Despite his senior leadership role, Rob remains closely connected to clients, many of whom he has supported across multiple generations. He works closely with his Personal Assistant, Hazel Diez, to ensure every client interaction is well-managed, responsive, and consistent with Clarity’s client-first approach.

Rob’s dedication has been recognised through consistent Top 50 Mortgage Broker (NSW/ACT) rankings at the AFG Excellence Awards from 2012 to 2025, along with multiple Regional Broker of the Year finalist nominations. He holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is widely respected for his leadership, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
